SIECI is a Poland-based software company focused on mobile applications and practical digital tools. Sound Chronicle is the company’s personal music journal app for logging listened albums, rating releases, tracking moods, saving favorites, and reviewing listening insights.
This page explains how privacy works for the Sound Chronicle application and related public services operated by SIECI SP Z O O.
Sound Chronicle does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the Application. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Sound Chronicle does not collect, log, store, or retain personal information through normal app use. Any local music journal records you create inside the app, such as album titles, artist names, release years, listen dates, ratings, favorite tracks, impressions, genre tags, mood tags, favorites, journal entries, sorting preferences, listening totals, average ratings, entry count, default start screen settings, local data settings, and app settings are intended to remain on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Technical protocol data transmitted during network connectivity is not retained or used for tracking by SIECI.
If you contact SIECI directly, the information you provide is used only to respond to your request and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, support, legal, or administrative purposes.
Because normal app use does not send personal information to SIECI, deleting Sound Chronicle from your device removes the Application. Any local records stored on your device can be managed from your device or app settings where available.
If you voluntarily contacted SIECI by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that information by emailing support@sieci.space.
